Zuma beach is open from sunrise to sunset, and there are a number of beach activities to enjoy. Since it's such a large beach, yoga enthusiasts can set up their own private yoga spot on Zuma beach away from the crowd.

With a view of the Pacific Ocean and gentle sea breezes, this park is one of the most beautiful parks in Long Beach. Visitors to this park are often joggers, strollers, and dog walkers. It's great to do yoga while you take in the sights.

It is located between the Long Beach Arena and the Downtown Shoreline Marina. This large, open green space has a great view of the Queen Mary Ship & Hotel, the Long Beach skyline, and the Aquarium of the Pacific right next door. A tall lighthouse tower stands at the center of Shoreline Aquatic Park on a grassy hill. For your outdoor yoga session, you can pick any one of these spots.

The park is great because it's family friendly, but there is more to it than that. The jungle gyms here are nice, but the open grass areas are even better. One of the best outdoor yoga spots in Los Angeles, if you're in the area, to take advantage of for your next yoga session.

360 North Arroyo Boulevard, Pasadena
This is Pasadena's largest and most well maintained park, located just south of the Rose Bowl Stadium. Occasionally, you need some "alone time" that only being outside can provide. While most people walk or run here, you can set up your own yoga space. If you're hungry, there is a café, affiliated with the Rose Bowl, that is usually open during the day.

The park is quite large, located in the middle of South Pasadena. It's cool and breezy on most days because of the trees on the playground. You'll find a nice semi-hilly path there. Yoga is one of the best things to do under the trees because there is lots of green grass to enjoy.
