Where to watch in LA

The wide slate plays everywhere. The interesting half of any month plays at about a dozen addresses in this county. Every link goes to the venue’s own site, never a ticketing reseller.

Dark right now. The Egyptian has been closed for technical upgrades since June 8 2026 and reopens in the fall. UCLA’s Billy Wilder Theater is on summer intermission until October. The Bay Theater in Pacific Palisades has not reopened since the fire. Eat See Hear has not run a season since 2022 and the Vineland Drive-In is almost certainly gone, whatever the roundups say.
