The Enchanted Rose from Beauty and the Beast Is on View at the Academy Museum
The object sits inside "Barbie to Anna Karenina," a retrospective on production designers Sarah Greenwood and Katie Spencer.

The enchanted rose and its Swarovski crystal bell jar from Bill Condon's 2017 Beauty and the Beast are on display at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures as part of "Barbie to Anna Karenina: The Cinematic Worlds of Sarah Greenwood and Katie Spencer," the museum's retrospective on the Oscar-nominated production design duo. The bell jar was fabricated by Swarovski in crystal and etched with an enchanted forest ice design.
The exhibition, on Level 3 in the Rolex Gallery, also includes Barbie's pink Corvette, which visitors can sit in, along with concept art, scale models, the enchanted household object character designs and a recreated production designers' office where guests decorate miniature sets.
The show is free with museum admission, which runs $25 for adults, $19 for seniors 62 and over and $15 for students, with free entry for guests 17 and under, members and EBT cardholders. Museum hours are Wednesday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the museum is closed Tuesdays.
