Fluffology Gives Every Dog a Private Spa Suite in North Hollywood

Fluffology, at 11128 Magnolia Blvd in North Hollywood, positions itself as a spa-style alternative to conventional grooming. Opened in June 2023 by founder Kimberly Weiner, the shop places each dog in its own private grooming suite with quartz tubs that minimize sound reverberation, creating what the company describes as a calm, low-stress environment. Every groom includes two shampoos, conditioner, ear cleaning, a gland check and a hand blow-out.

Dog services start at 75 dollars for a bath and de-shed on smooth coats and 95 dollars on double coats, 85 dollars for a bath and tidy, and 110 dollars for a full groom, with special pricing for puppies 6 months and under. Cat grooming starts at 60 dollars for a de-shed without bath and runs to 210 dollars for a full groom with bath on medium to long hair. The shop also offers hair tissue mineral analysis and nutrition consultations, and there is a retail counter with treats such as beef jerky, dehydrated sardines and bison meatballs.

Fluffology is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with online booking through MoeGo or by phone at (818) 579-4600.
