Hollywood Forever Hosts Its 27th Annual Día de los Muertos on Saturday, October 24, 2026
Community ofrendas, a 2:30 PM procession, a 9:30 PM drone show and DannyLux at a noon to midnight celebration under the theme "All Under One Sky."
Hollywood Forever Cemetery's 27th annual Día de los Muertos takes over the grounds on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from noon to midnight, with the theme "All Under One Sky / Bajo un Mismo Cielo." Community-built ofrendas compete in an altar contest worth $5,000, $3,500 and $2,500 to the top three, with winners announced on stage at 9 PM and a drone show at 9:30 PM. The Ceremonial Procession moves from the main gate to the stage at 2:30 PM, Aztec and folklórico dancers perform through the day, and the music lineup includes DannyLux, Trish Toledo, Tropa Mágica and Los Shadows, with DJs Que Madre, JOAQU.N and Dro Barlo. There is also the Cathedral Art Exhibition, a Children's Plaza and a costume contest.
