Palisades Village Reopens in Pacific Palisades With 29 Businesses Back
The Caruso center returned on August 15, though 14 tenants including Erewhon and the Bay Theater are still listed as coming soon.
Palisades Village reopened on Saturday, August 15, 2026, with a 10:30 a.m. ribbon cutting and an evening celebration, marking the return of the Caruso developed open air center after the January 2025 Palisades Fire.
The current official directory shows 21 shopping listings open, including A.L.C., Anine Bing, Brandy Melville, Byredo, elysewalker, Golden Goose, Isabel Marant, Reformation, Veronica Beard and ZIMMERMANN, alongside 8 dining listings including Alfred, Angelini Ristorante and Bar, Blue Ribbon Sushi, K Bakery, McConnell's Fine Ice Creams and Porta Via. Fourteen unique tenant listings remain marked Coming Soon, among them Erewhon, Brunello Cucinelli, Loomey's Toys, MOTHER, STAUD and the Bay Theater.
Ongoing programming includes the Pacific Palisades Farmers Market on Wednesdays through December 30, 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Swarthmore Avenue, a Mahjong Social on Mondays at 10 a.m. with complimentary registration and weekly RSVP, and Cars and Coffee on the fourth Sunday of the month, 8 to 10 a.m., complimentary and open to the public.
