The Promenade Mall Is Gone. Here's What the Rams Are Building in Its Place
Rams Village at Warner Center plans a Rams headquarters, 3,000+ homes, two performance venues and 9.9 acres of public space on 52 acres in Woodland Hills.

The former Westfield Promenade mall in Warner Center has been demolished, clearing the way for Rams Village at Warner Center, a planned 52-acre mixed-use development from the Kroenke Organization, designed by Gensler. The plan centers on a permanent Rams headquarters of more than 350,000 square feet, including a 150,000-square-foot indoor practice field that could seat up to 2,500 guests.
The project also includes two indoor performance venues with 5,000 and 2,500 seats, more than 3,000 affordable, market-rate and work-live residential units, nearly 2 million square feet of retail, office space, a hotel and the performance venues, and 9.9 acres of public space, roughly 19 percent of the site. The Rams describe a phased construction schedule over a period of many years.
The team's temporary practice facility has operated at Warner Center since August 2024.
