West Harbor's Promenade, Berth 77 Park and First Tenants Are Open in San Pedro

West Harbor, the 42-acre waterfront development on the former Ports O' Call site in San Pedro, is partially open to the public. Visitors can now walk the waterfront promenade from Berth 84 Park to the new Berth 77 Park, grab coffee at a newly opened Starbucks (daily 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.), eat at the San Pedro Fish Market waterfront pop-up, take a Harbor Breeze cruise Friday through Monday, or rent bikes and surreys from Wheel Fun Rentals on weekends and holidays.

The project, developed by Jerico Development and The Ratkovich Company with the Port of Los Angeles, plans roughly 300,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment along about a mile of promenade, including a 175-foot observation wheel that West Harbor says will be California's tallest. Its 6,200-seat outdoor amphitheater, operated by Nederlander Concerts, debuted in July 2026 as the Los Angeles FIFA World Cup 26 Fan Zone.

Announced tenants include Mike Hess Brewing, Tacos El Franc, Glass Box, Paraná Empanadas, LoZio Pizza, Freska Bar, Hopscotch, The Baked Bear and Yamashiro's first satellite location, and West Harbor says more will continue to arrive in the months ahead without dating individual openings. Grounds are open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
