The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Concert Comes to the Hollywood Bowl in August 2027
The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra performs four decades of Zelda music on August 25, 2027, and the official tour site already lists the Los Angeles date as sold out.

The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Concert will play the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday, August 25, 2027 at 8:00 PM, with gates opening at 6:30 PM. The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra performs music from across the series, described officially as ranging "from nostalgic tunes to modern melodies," in a production presented under license from Nintendo.
Tickets went on sale September 30, 2026, and the official tour site now lists the Los Angeles date as sold out. The Los Angeles show is one of more than 30 dates on the 2027 international tour, which runs from Chicago in February to Toronto in October and includes London, Melbourne, Seattle, New York and a San Francisco Symphony run in October 2027; a separate Tokyo concert on January 23 opens the anniversary series.
The concert marks 40 years since The Legend of Zelda's 1986 Japanese debut and lands in a packed anniversary year for Nintendo, with Ocarina of Time arriving on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5, 2026 and the live-action Zelda film opening in theaters on April 30, 2027. The Bowl previously hosted Zelda music in July 2005, when the Los Angeles Philharmonic performed Video Games Live.
